I took my car here not even a year ago and the muffler they installed just fell out from under my car. The weld was HORRIBLE. Even that is an understatement. It looks like someone was stabbing at the site with the MIG welder and just kept missing over and over again and there is even a gap in the weld as well. A weld is supposed to look like a rippled clean bead and this looked absolutely NOTHING like that. You can see it on my profile picture.I took it to them and they wouldn't verify my warranty because the manager wasnt there. So I asked the girl behind the desk if she could contact me when he comes in and she said he would around lunch time and she would let me know...she never called. I had to call her more than 2 hours later just to see. Then i called the other location at de zavala and he said he would meet me the next morning at 10...and again the next morning he wasnt even there. he was at home ""doing business from there"" or so the girl said. Again she said he would come in at a time that she wasn't aware of and she would let me know...again she did not contact me. So seeing as how they are basically trying to avoid me and how the job they did was so terrible I decided not to mess with it anymore, especially since college is going on right now so they aren't even worth my time or my breath. I do not recommend them and I hope others will read this review and look at my profile picture for the terrible weld they did. I will also provide more if anyone else wants to see them. I will spread this review to as many sites as I can.
