I have been a cust. for awhile and called to have my ""toy"" poodle spayed, the person I spoke to on the phone said it would be between 700-900 dollars, I couldn't believe it, I didn't want them to make a new dog for me just have her spayed. I ask why so much when the SPCA will spayed dogs for 65.00, I don't understand why the big gap in price. I think I will be finding another vet. to take my dogs too, I have been paying someones house payment long enough, the doctors are nice, but... I'm wondering why the prices are so high, I hope they don't take advantage of the way people feel about their pets. Pros: get vets Cons: higher in price over all veterinarians in our area
