Businiess name:  Desert Fire

Review content:
My wife and I frequent Desert Fire often and have had the greatest experience each time. From the atmosphere to the quality of our food, Desert Fire is by far one of our favorite restaurants. It seems that lately the food has gotten a lot better. We know that the owners had split away from the Azteca restaurant chain, and since then the menu has changed considerably and the quality in food and service has really improved. We liked the food before, but we have really noticed a difference lately. I highly recommend the Chile Rubbed House Sirloin. What a fantastic steak - super tender and hands-down one of the best steaks I have had. You can tell these guys really care about their food and service. They even post their entire menu on their website (www.desertfiremex.com). Check it out - if you don't like it I'd have to wonder what the comparison is.
