tausha worked with me on finding two properties in austin over a six month period. i live in los angeles so we kept in touch over the phone and with emails. she is incredibly knowledgeable about not just the area but the market in general. she helped me find the right properties, walked me through the ton of paperwork involved and had answers for every question, no matter how trivial. and even after the sales went through she continued to work with me on finding a property manager for them. she also keeps me in the loop with emails and mailings. if i ever need to get in contact with her, she responds immediately. it's like she lives next door, not 2,000 miles away. i liked working with her so much i recommended her to a friend in l.a. and he ended up buying two properties with her as well. bottom line - you couldn't ask for a better agent.
