My fiance' and I didn't care much for the current engagement ring style in the jewelry stores and my fiance' was interested in various custom extras, but we also didn't want to spend an enormous amount of money. I had already done some research about gem quality and various rating houses, etc.
Pros: Personalized service, gorgeous jewelry
Cons: none - they really are that good
