I mindlessly backed into the garage door, and the damage didn't look too awful. I went ahead and opened it, backed out, but once I tried to close it, the cable came off track and the door became bent even worse. I immediately jumped online and searched for garage door repairs in Dallas, and Rocket Garage was the first service I checked out. So many great reviews for it and now I know why! I called Tom at 8:30 PM and he was at the house within the hour. Very friendly, explained everything as he was inspecting the damage, and didn't charge a thing for the estimate! We agreed on a VERY reasonable price (much less than I was expecting to pay) and the garage door was looking brand new in an hour tops! Awesome customer service, Tom definitely knows what he's doing! I HIGHLY recommend and will call him again in the future if needed.
