Review content:
I was very disappointed with the service of one particular audiologist, Rhonda. I was appalled with the way she treated me. She was EXTREMELY snobby and did not take the time with me at all. I had new ear molds and let me tell you, they were HORRIBLE, they made feedback, cut into my ear, and so forth. After complaining about it, I had to wait TWO weeks before I could see Rhonda about it. (I work full time, and I am only available in the evening.) She did not symphatize with me at all, just said that i need to get used to wearing new molds. I agree with her on that, however, I do know after more than 25 years of wearing hearing aids, they should not be cutting into your ear. She need to understand that she is not the one wearing them and suffering the pain of molds cutting in your ear. She did horrible job with the tubes as well, never once making sure that they fit properly, so I made her keep them extra long, so I could cut them myself as soon as I went home. Pros: Evening hours, Great location, Secretary is GREAT (Love her!) Cons: NO parking, horrible audiologist service, EXPENSIVE
