When I first moved to Manhattan I wanted to continue doing my laser treatments with a company that used the same laser where I was getting excellent results. Found Gentle Touch Laser on the laser companies website and they also highly recommended them.
Did my consultation with Suzanne, she explained everything in detail. I have also meet with Gina to do a few treatments and also Dora. They are all very sweet ladies. They all have very different techniques but have delivered excellent results.
Only thing I have an issue with is booking on Saturdays, which seem to get booked fast. Wish they would open on Sundays.
Customer service is top-notch, can always get a hold of someone, even an owner. I have spoken to two who are very friendly and professional.
Pricing is very reasonable considering the laser they use and the sophistication of the center. You are not paying for waterfalls and scented rooms but for expert laser treatments.
Pros: great results at affordable price
