These guys are definitely commission based. They seem to take advantage of people with trying to tell them things that need to be changed. What happened to looking out for the consumer? I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! Thankfully they didn't touch my vehicle and didn't pay them anything. Go some where else that more trustworthy.
