I have many rentals and I use Troy's for all my appliance needs. I have never had a problem in dealing with them. It angers me that people always seem to want something for nothing and then post how they were treated poorly and try and ruin the reputation of a small business. I have done business with Troy's for years and whenever I have had an issue they are always willing to work with me in coming to a resolution. They have signs with their policy and I have find it hard to believe that they aren't fair. I will continue to do business and recommend them to everyone I talk to who needs appliance help.
