Uliana's is one of my favorite places to go in the city! She does a wonderful job on cuts and color - it's always perfect. She's more than willing to work with you on whatever you'd like done, and I always feel fabulous when I leave. Her studio (Jimi Hendrix's old apartment!) is so cozy - I could hang out there all day! The staff is so friendly and you can hold her puppies while you get your hair done :) I recommend her to every friend that comes to the city - you get hooked immediately! I'll never get my hair done anywhere else!!
