Apparently we must have interupted our sales girl (she looked like maybe fifteen or sixteen) from some homework or something 'cause she was super short tempered and rude. Very unhappy here. I asked about thier exclusive verragio stuff (I LOVE verragio) that I heard about on the radio (the stupid boring guy ads, seriously, the worst ever) and they showed me two rings that every other store that has Verragio has. I brought this up to our chick and she just said, "well these are exclusive to shane co." Should have seen her face when I showed her a picture of it on my phone from another store earlier in the wek, complete with the store name in the shot. She goes, "well I was told these two were exclusive to our store, I'll have to check." She never did and I will never be back to check either.
Pros: they don't have their horrible commercials on in the store
Cons: Rude service, false claims and salespeople who don't care
