I am one of six brides maids that ordered dresses from this shop. The first time the bride was in this shop they were very accommodating and impressive. HOWEVER..... once we all showed up to be measured and order our desses, the blonde (Chirstie, I think) was an absolutely wretched woman. She was rude, acted as if she was better than us and had not time for such "lowly" people. She consistently made out of line comments regarding the wedding location, dresses and even the size of some of the brides maids; to mention a few. After waitng OVER 3 months for our dresses to come in, they finally showed, with less than a month before the wedding date. They were WAY too big. Three of the dresses fell staight to the floor, which means they were atleast 3 sizes too big. Upon seeing this error in sizing an employee said"Oh that is too big. I can take that in for you." When asked how much she stated atleast $40.
Ever interaction with the blonde was very frustrating and unprofessional, other employees were nicer. During many phone conversations with the bride and wedding planner employees (mainly Christie) were rude and dismissive. We decided not to trust them with alterations or to provide them with any more of our business or money.
This shop is unprofessional, and obviously does not know how to take measurements and order the appropriate size dresses. Come to find out the disrespectful Christie is part owner in this shop, so the cutomer service standards will never be rasied nor addressed. They are co-artist!!!! They will butter you up to get your business then do a 180 on you once they have your money or know it is too late for you to take your business elsewhere. Dresses will take forever to come in. Your dress will be ordered too large so they can gouge you on alteration charges. I am no expert on dresses, ordering or alterations, but I do know horrible service and unprofessionalism when I see it!! I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.
