In 1994, I purchased my first Volvo from Dyer and Dyer. Thus began my love of Volvos. Recently, with my daughter about to finish college, I decided I needed to downsize to a smaller vehicle from my 2007 XC90. I had strayed from coming to Atlanta to buy other Volvos and had almost given up the brand because of poor service at the dealers in my area. I took a chance, contacted Dyer and Dyer and for over a week, Joe Firpo tolerated my endless questions about every imaginable thing. In a world were customer service is basically dead, it is so refreshing to find people who want to help a customer. Last Thursday, I left my office near Nashville at noon and by midnight I was back at home with a fabulous new XC60. Joe checked on my progress as I made the five hour drive, Ben Hooper quickly got my test drives ready and then Gary Gilbert flew through the paper work to get me back on the road home. Your staff should be commended for the outstanding manner that they handled my sale and the others I watched while my car was being prepared. This is my sixth Volvo. I hope and pray that it lasts as well as the others I have driven. I am Volvo for life and when my daughter needs a new car, we will be back to Dyer and Dyer to purchase her next car! Thank you all for the great experience!!
