It's a perfect place to take little kids, I took my 4 year old and 7 year old there two weekends ago. They have a Bob the builder play area and bob comes around in costume to meet the kids. It felt safe, clean and it wasn't too big of a park that I was scared they would get lost or be surrounded by large groups of teens (like at six flags). Plus it's a five min drive for us. And the animal show they had there was pretty cool, the kids enjoyed that. Will definately be back a few more times this summer.
