I hate to write bad reviews but this one has earned it. We were seated in the NON smoking portion of the restraunt The service was HORRIBLE. We waited forever for our waitress to come and greet us. We had to track down our waitress to get drinks. Our waitress was no where in sight when we wanted the bill. We figured out how much it cost and left cash INCLUDING a tip on the table. We gave GrandSlam another try due to the fact we felt our waitress was just busy and not having a good night. WE WERE WRONG. We experienced the same BAD service and our food was horrible. Our waitress accusing us of stiffing her the following week and yelled at us to never come back. I have never been treated so horribly.
