Quite a few people i know have had surgeries at Sierra Vista.Every single one of them tell me the same thing,it's a place where the doctors do everything they can to help you and get you home as soon as possible, but there is a BIG problem. The Nurses (Not all of them) can be very hard to deal with, some of them do not speak english well, they blame the patient first and themselves second and on top of all of this they can create a huge gap between what the doctor wants for you and what you really get.I would go to visit a friend or family member there (about 10 times in the last few years) that was sick or had surgery and would ask the nurses what was going on.The most common words that came out of their mouths were We are not sure and I don't know not very much help. The Hospital is either understaffed or simply needs to get better nurses and aids there.
