Today I've tested BIKE AND ROLL with this tour: Brooklyn Bridge and Hudson River. It was a very disappointing experience. Promised were 3 hours, the tour lasted only 2 hours and 30 minutes. My personal wishes regarding the bicycle weren't considered. I felt not really treated as a customer, the staff was unfriendly and inflexible. Once and not again… I hope that they only had one bad day. A disappointed tourist.
