Review content:
As a former employee of a giant health club franchise and a member of several other gyms I can only say that Go Performance & Fitness is the best I've had. The facilities are clean and welcoming always with ample towels and cleaning supplies and the equipment is always clean and in great shape. I've never dealt with obnoxious crowds or annoying waits for machines or freeweights and the focused staff is always around to answer questions and really invest in my personal health. The group fitness classes are also great. And, not to mention the flexibility of a 24-hour gym.....it's so great to be able to go to the gym when I want. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a great gym in the Nashville area.
