I went there on Sept 4th, 09. I just need a pair of glass. I showed my insurance card and they said the insurance won't cover much, endup I paid forty for exam, one hundred ten for frame, and forty for lenses. They charged me almost two hundred dollars with insurance too. I think one pair of glass shouldn't cost more than one hundred fifty. Plus they put down the receipt with un-readable tax-id on. I don't know the receipt can be okey to claims for Flexible saving plan or not. I don't recommend anyone go there.
