I called to make an appointment to see Dr. Steppie and his operators said "Dr. Steppie doesn't see patients". Is it his office? I said that my primary Dr. suggested I see Dr. Steppie and I was told that by his office. I told them that I didn't want to see a P.A. and I wanted to talk to the office manager. I was sent to a voice mail. I called back and insisted to see the Doctor. I was told to go elsewhere if I wanted to see a Doctor. So I did. Very unprofessional . The office manager Mrs. Miller never called me back til this day. It's been 3 weeks
