I ordered two leaning book cases, one arrived in good condition, the other had a broken shelf and rough patches on one of the pieces. A company's reputation is based upon what happens when things go wrong, not when things go right. This company has been dealing with the manufacturer to get me the new parts I needed as evident from the email correspondence between the manufacturer. Although I have not received my parts yet, Furniture Outlet World has done more than most companies would.
