It just took over thirty seconds to load the Google search page. Speednet says my connection speed is 0.1 Mps, yet I'm paying $50/month for 3.0 Mbs. This has been going on for three months! I requested an adjustment on my last bill and got none. This company has received literally millions of dollars in taxpayer subsidies but it seems to me they must have put in the their poocket. Hopefully someday 4G cellular service will be available and I can fire these incompetent crooks. A one-star rating is too generous
