Being from New York City I did not expect to find very fashionable stores in NorthCarolina, however Beanie & Cecil is a gem. I was happy to find the latest styles here and relieved to see a few 'unknown' designers. I frequent this shop often, however I usually can only afford the sale items... But if I had an unlimited budget I would go crazy in here!
