The Summit offers a more up-scale experience than most restaurants in the area. The dining area is very appealing and comfortable. The wait staff is cordial and professional.
The food is your typical steakhouse type menu, but there is nothing on it that makes them original. The food is all prepared very well. I guess the reason I hesitate to rate it any higher is that it is unimaginative. For the cost of the food, I expect to be as surprised and awed by the food as I am by the dining room. However, their dishes just don't have any creativity.
They do have a great brunch on Sundays. It is still a bit pricey for a brunch, but it would be a good way to celebrate a special day.
