We had to call them earlier this year when we got locked out of the house. The locksmith arrived in less than an hour. It took him less than a minute to open the door. He asked first if we want the lock broken or picked. We didn't wat to replace the lock so we asked that he try and do it w/o damaging it. All in all, he did a great job and didn't damager our lock at all. I'm very pleased with the service.
