In searching for a bank that would allow my under age son to open a savings account, we came across the Bank of Powhatan. I wish we had went there first! After much travel and time, we happened upon the bank, which was more than willing to allow an under age applicant to open a bank account, with a very low minimum of $25.00! They were so friendly and helpful!
