It seems to me after reading these 2 very vinomous reviews, that they were written by the same person(note how similar they are) ,to use her own words.. If your selfconfidence can be distroyed because your bangs are too short..... Well, this could become ONLINE WAR. Get a life honey...Beauty Secrets has been in business for 20 years, and I doubt your nasty remarks will hurt them.. We all know beauty is skin deep and ugly is to the bone..Nasty attitudes..Well my dear you have one.... .

My experience at the Spa was Great! I was terrified of waxing and getting my eyebrows threaded but it turned out to be not so bad! I asked how much pain I would be in and i was told it would hurt alot but the second time wouldn't be so bad. And this was actually true! I just left from my second time and i was in and out in 15mins and it really wasn't so bad! The staff is so relaxing and you don't have to worry about "opening up" in front of a stranger. It was easier than i thought it would be. I have now become a loyal customer and i refuse to even try anywhere else! :)
Pros: Friendly Staff, close to hm, and relaxing
Cons: ABSOLUTLY NONE!

I recently dropped by Natural Retreat for a haircut and was given a fantastic cut by Amy. She was thoughtful and listened to my concerns about my hair. She was terrific and I will definitely be going back! That reviewer below who did not like Natural Retreat or the service must have been having a bad day!

I've been three times to see Martha and will continue to go back. The service is great, the place is clean and the product is excellent! Plus, you can't beat the price. Some places are outrageous and their prices are certainly competitive. I've seen three friends there so far with the same results.

They have the best beds and staff. They are very friendly and they greet their customers by name. Very customer oriented. I love tanning at Beach Bums. The atmosphere is great, very clean and I get the best tan there! I love the variety of packages and I didn't have to draft out of my credit card or checking! I don't have to pay to upgrade either. Thats a plus!
PROS: Great Beds and staff!
CONS: very short wait during busy season right after work

I have been here three times, to make sure I was able to critique objectively. The first time I went with my mom, we had a spa pedicure and my nails were awful from having lost my nail lady. I was repaired quickly and efficently, the spa pedicure was great. The second time, the pedicure was not as good, and my nails only lasted a week before peeling up. I am still searching for yet another place.
