My first problem with them happened when I had a question about a medication that was prescribed for my cat and called to ask a few questions and the receptionist asked me "What do you expect me todo go get his records or something?" I was shocked, after spending several hundred dollars to get my pet well if I have a question on his medication I do expect you to get his records and answer a few questions.
This last time I called I was trying to get an appointment to see the doctor and they couldn't fit him in that day and when I said it was important for my cat to see a doctor today they didn't do anything ((when I called another vet (Not my regular vet) that was booked they helped me find a vet in my area that would see my cat that day). The only thing that Covington Vet clinic would do was take my name and number (when I requested to talk to his regular vet) and then she hung up on me mid sentence. Needless to say the vet never called me back. I wouldn't take an animal to this clinic again if they paid me. Better to drive the extra distance to a clinic that cares about animals.
