I recently had a horrible experience with this company and would like to share it with anyone thinking of using these people and their service. My little Maltese went there for a bath and simple puppy cut for the start of summer. The grooming job was not quite satisfactory but after speaking with the owner I was assured at her next visit they would be able to improve. Well, her next visit was no improvement,I was again told to bring her back and it just got worse,they cut off her pony tail and now she looks like a boy. I had reminded them 4 times NOT TO CUT OFF HER PONYTAIL I called them and left a message.with no response from them now 2 weeks. ago
