I went tanning to this location a few times because they are close to my work. I usually tan at Suntan Shop, now Solar Planet (Leesburg). This place didn't seem to bad, it was odd to me that the types of bulbs they use (160) watt is more than the 160/120 combo Solar Planet used in their Diamond bed.
I had been going for once a week at 7 minutes at the SP and when I tried this place at 7 minutes I felt nothing. The next week I went for 9 minutes, and still felt nothing, a few days later I went for 10 minutes and got burned, it was pretty bad. I don't usually burn in the sun. I never had been burnt so bad by a tanning bed in my life!
My conclusion is that they don't change their bulbs often at all, and they don't tell you when they've changed bulbs. Horrible experience. At SP they always tell you when they've changed bulbs, and they even try to give you the same bed whenever possible. I think this is a great way to regulate customers from burning. I've never felt like the beds weren't tanning me.
Customer service is nothing, Smiling and having a clean location isn't too important, I would rather dirty floors and be greeted by a rude person than burn or waist my money on a bed that wont tan.... Especially not burn, I tan so I won't burn in the sun!!!
