Four of the employees of "We Care Hair" have moved upstairs in UTC to the THIRD floor to work for Salon David Perez (above the US Post Office). This salon caters to LONG 4-hour appointments and so appointments are encouraged but not essential.
The "We Care Hair" employees are often looking for old faithful customers downstairs, sometimes at Starbucks sometimes at Bookstar. The scum who shut down "We Care Hair" ( SuckerCuts ) harass them and have threatened to call the Police when they try to approach their old, faithful customers.
