I saw a doctor that was an herbal specialist. The doctor takes your pulse and looks at your palm and tongue among other basic check points and concocts a mixture of herbs for you to take home and brew into a tea. The supply/ treatment time usually lasts two weeks. Then you return for a follow up and the doctor tweaks the herbal mixture to suit your progression.
