My cousin utilizes Donna Argiro's services all the time and she has nothing but good things to say about her. Her prices are a little bit up there but being the only game in town she can get away with it to some degree.
You need an appointment (obviously) but Donna can do anything from a simple trim to a perm.
She is a licensed cosmetologist.
