I am very disappointed with this vision center I do not refer anybody to go here. I just don't know where to start first. The customer service was so BAD and so UNORGANIZED. They made me wait for my glasses for about 3 months!!! and they told me it's just going to take 4 weeks. I have to keep calling to check up the status of my glasses because they won't contact me at all!!!. Then when I request for a copy of my contact prescription they said they don't know where is my record they have to find it and tell me they will call me back but they didn't. I call again the next day asking for my prescription and they tell me the same thing that they have to call me back they don't know where is it at but again never return back the call. I call 3 times asking for my prescription but they just ignore my request til now. Now tell me how are you not going to have a patient record on file and can't find it??? more
