I went there in spite of being warned about the service. I was told it would take "about 15 minutes" to be waited on. They have a video display showing the names of the people in line and I was #11. After 15 minutes, I had advanced to #8. That means they were waiting on one customer every five minutes - so I had about 40 more minutes to wait. I took the only action I could to protest - I left and took my business elsewhere. Try it.
