Shari's isn't anything extraordinary. They are a typical family/diner type restaurant, but are higher priced than many of the same kinds of restaurants. Not only are the prices higher, you seem to get less food. But there are a couple of good things about Shari's. They are open 24 hours a day, so if you're out with your friends and it's 2am and Shari's is closer than one of the other 24 hour restaurants, you might as well eat there. They also have tasty desserts. I recommend the cheesecake sundae. It's chunks of their cheesecake layered with strawberries, ice cream, and whipped cream. It's one of my favorite desserts. But other than that, there are many similar but better restaurants in Boise you can go to.
