After buying a ring for my husband at another jeweler one of the diamonds fell out. We took it to Shaw's jewelers and they had it replaced for very little money, they insure the diamond they replaced and within 2 days. We we're so excited to have it done after our regular jeweler couldn't do it before our wedding that we that we ended up buying another set of rings and having them engraved. Great customer service! They even fix other jewelers problems!
