Have eaten there many times over the last 5 years. Steaks have never been good. Burgers have usually been fair. Salads are cheap bag mixes that usually border on stale. Veggies are typically overcooked to the point of being tasteless. The last straw was when receiving a Chicken strip dinner, the gravy was burned and tasted horrible; it should have never been served. One of the chicken strips was rotten, yes rotten. When the waiter was notified we were then treated like we were trying to get over on them and receive a free meal or something. The manager did not even speak to us. After letting them know that we did not desire a free meal they asked if we wanted some more food!!!!!!!!!!!???????? Also, we usually go there by boat, but their dock is falling in to the point of being dangerous for myself and my family. Lake Brazos Steakhouse either needs to drastically improve or close their doors!
