I had a horrible experience with both the staff and owner of this salon. The stylist dyed my shirt and my highlights didn't even go all the way down to the scalp. It looked awful. I had to repeatedly call the owner to get any sort of apology. Instead she verbally harassed me and finally gave me a $15 gift card to the salon for ruining my shirt. As if I was really planning on letting them ruin my hair and clothes again. You'll never see my business again, Gail!
