We went to Ko Fusion for the first time last week for our 5 year anniversary and thought it was pretty good. My husband doesn't like sushi and he got a really good noodle dish with shrimp and mushrooms. I ordered the unaki roll and the Champaign roll. I liked the unaki (as I usually do) and the Champaign roll was interesting. It was fried, so it kind of seemed like a mix between sushi and an eggroll. I don't really think that Champaign, IL is the place to get inspiration for a new kind of sushi. The atmosphere at the restaurant was great and the service was really good too.
