Love really does shine. This shop is a tribute to Mexican culture. The price points are low to high and the merchandise is neatly displayed. A very charming man from Barcelona named Alex is there most of the time. My favorite buy is everything dedicated to Frida Khalo; books, cards, bags, and jewelry. Along with all of the bright oilcloth bags and wrestling masks are the art installations in the windows. Anyone visiting New York should check out Love Shines. It is like going to Mexico without leaving New York.
