Don't know how else to put it. If you enjoy preparing and eating Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, or other Asian cuisine then there is no better place to shop (anywhere on the West Coast arguably) than Uwajimaya in Seattle's International District. My bet is that they'll have the green tea you're looking for there. Good luck!
