Dexters in Thornton Park is an excellent place to have a quick business lunch or lunch with friends. They have a varied menu with salads, pasta and sandwiches. The Sweet Potato chips are starter that are crispy, served warm and lightly salted. You can get a spicy sauce to dip the chips in. The Dexter special is a favorite sandwich. Its smoked turkey with cheese and vegetable on Cuban bread that is pressed. It is delicious. For $5.99 it's a real bargain.
The noise level is the only disappointed. It is very loud inside, even when the restaurant is near empty. The atmosphere, service and food makes up for it though.
