They did a good job on my matted cats. But I had to bring all three of them to the vet first to be sedated. I really think a groomer should be able to handle animals without tranquilizing them first. It ads extra cost to the grooming trip. They have adequate parking, and are connected to a full service pet supply store, which is not cheap, but well stocked. I would not recommend friends with cats come here, but they seem to be able to handle dogs.
