Taking care of their customers is not their strength. We have been going to Anamia's for over 10 years and after our last visit it will likely be our last. The last two visits we have been told that our wait for the patio would be 45 minutes. Actual wait was 2 hours the time before today and this last visit we left after an hour and a half. Our most recent visit, after an hour and a half I checked with the hostess stand and they had thrown away the sheet that had our name on it. The manager stated that the wait for the patio could be another 45 minutes, we had been skipped over and they were not willing to do anything. All I can say is they may be able to treat customer this way now with an overflow of customers, but in time the lines will not be so long and a once loyal customer will not be dining with them any more, we are taking our business to another Mexican Resturant in the area...
