When this establishment was turned over to the new owner, it has turned into a very terrible place to visit. The service is terrible and the food is no longer exceptional. While we visited this restaurant numerous times per month, we will NEVER go back again. The lettuce was brown, the burgers were cold in the middle, items that were ordered were missing, the pop was flat, sour cream frozen, cheese half melted. What a terrible horrible experience we had there. Awful management skills. When I went to him with my concerns he basically shrugged me off. I will NEVER return to this restaurant and it was truly our very favorite restaurant to visit. Its unfortunate, but it is what it is. Too bad the new owner ruined what was the very best restaurant in Rathdrum, Idaho.
