Decent shoe store 3/16/2006

I've bought shoes from this store a few times before, and I really try to avoid this store. They are located at one end of the mall, right at the very end, next to Sears. The problem is that while most of their shoes sell for a lot cheaper that most retail shoe stores, I found out their shoes don't last as long and aren't as confortable. They sell shoes for everyone, kids, adults, you name it. Customer service wasn't as good as I thought they would be, as they never came to ask me if I needed help. There are shelves of shoes which are disorganized in the store. The only organization they have is that women shoes are in the women's section, and mens are in the mens section. You literally have to search the shelves to find the shoe you want, and there are too many to look from. I wished they organized better by putting basketball shoes together and skate shoes together and so on. Until their customer service and organization improves, I recommend shopping elsewhere. more
