I hate the fact that nobody can actually give you a price over the phone. They always need to come out and then tell what the cost is! Even though I have a really basic lock. I can’t understand it. These guys didn’t charge me too much, I just don’t understand why they can’t tell me it is going to cost 80 bucks to open the lock!
