Our daughter goes here. She likes it a lot for 1 day a week. They have fun and teach basics. I think if you're not too serious about gymnastics, this is a great place to go. As they work in groups most of the time, I do think they could improve by giving more specialized attention and focused instruction for each kid. It's a shame that if your kid wants to get more serious, they have to look elsewhere.
